Renewal Project Africa is a charitable foundation that exists to establish and mobilize disciples and churches for holistic Gospel impact in their communities. Founded in August 2020 and directed by Gideon and Joy Banda, Renewal Project Africa plants churches in unreached and unengaged people groups, mobilizes existing churches for mission, and impacts communities where they work in the areas of health, education, water, and business as mission.

Current Needs:

Renewal Project Africa (RPA) exists to establish and mobilize disciples and churches for holistic gospel impact in their communities.

They are raising funds for Bibles to give to new believers as they are baptized. A gift of $15 supplies one Bible.

Most of the people RPA serves do not have shoes. You can purchase a pair of shoes for people in need at a cost of $2 a pair.

Renewal Academies meet in churches in Badesa and Dungu Dungu are reaching out with the gospel through kindergarten classes in our 4 impact areas. A gift of $500 will provide uniforms, teaching supplies, and teacher salary for a church for one month. We currently have a total of 100 students in the two centers. The church buildings are not designed to be a classroom and therefore are insufficient for the needs of these schools. Each of these schools needs 4 classrooms. We are raising funds to build two more classrooms at a cost of $20,000

A gift of $3,000 will purchase a motorcycle for a church planter/pastor to reach his local community with the gospel.

Consider contributing support to cover reoccurring operational costs. Any size donation is greatly appreciated. Kingdom Fund annual operations cost are $4,000

Water wells among the frontier people groups are continually needed. The cost of a well is $10,000.

Usha Villas - As the ministry grows, we endeavor to establish investments that will provide long term sustainability for the ministry. The main way we want to do this right now, is through the establishment of USHA villas. Mombasa is in a perfect location to receive guests from all over the country and the world. This includes the teams that visit our ministry every year. Every time we host these teams in our own villas, we will create income that will significantly help to sustain the ministry locally. We have already identified a 3-acre piece of land on the north of Mombasa that costs approximately $250,000. Each villa we will build will have 5 bedrooms and will cost approximately $120,000. Ultimately, we would like to set up four or five of these villas. These three acres will also serve as the place to set up our training center, offices, and opportunities to serve the community through games and other socio-economic Gospel-integrated programs.
